This is great. How do you find them? I tried to search “Dynamic Warmup” for the first one and the first things it pulls up are old workouts, not a new one.
Use the class type filtler (in this case ‘warmup’), and you’ll see most recent classes on top!

This is super helpful. Really hoping to see more of Spencer, but 28 and 45 minute classes. Miss him!
I wish we could add them to our schedule ahead of time somehow! The live classes really helped keep me accountable in a way that on-demand doesn’t. Also really miss the Ride classes!
The team is working on developing the drop schedule in-app so you can sign up for reminders!
Thank you! Would really love more 45-minute mash-up classes like sculpt/strength, boxing/strength, cardio/sculpt etc. They’re such fun and challenging classes 🙂
